About Our Business

Formerly known as Barry Bennett Dental, BB Dental Cairns Dentists is a small, caring dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dentistry in a relaxed and supportive environment. Our close-knit team includes three dentists, two hygienists, and a group of friendly, skilled, and empathetic staff who genuinely care about our patients.


Practice owner and dentist Barry Bennett has more than 40 years of experience in dentistry. Under his leadership, BB Dental continues to provide modern dental care with a strong focus on patient comfort, offering gentle and relatively pain-free treatment across a broad range of services.


We provide comprehensive dental care tailored to your individual needs, including active maintenance, preventive dental care, general restorative dentistry, implant restoration, cosmetic dentistry, dentures, teeth whitening, and minor oral surgery — all delivered with care and attention in a welcoming setting.


Working alongside Barry are Dr Shelby Harris (BDS) and Dr Sarah Griessel (BDS), supported by our hygienists Rachel Goodman (RDH) and Thuy Vu (RDH). As a family-oriented practice, we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships and always placing our patients’ needs first.
